(121¢) AERIAL SERVICE SEASON 15 CLOSED Only Emergency Places To Be Retained in North Sault Ste, Marie, Ont., Nov. 21. --The D.H.-G1, a transport plane of the Provincial Air Service, has arrived in the Soo, closing the activities of the force for this season, Capt. Roy Maxwell of the Provinelal Air Service, sald. The plane flew 550 hours in transport work this year, which ls an excellent record for a machine of this type. . It was brought in by Captain Hicks, with Peter Voges as engineer. They made the trip from Port Arthur in three hours and 20 minutes, considered fast time. There will be one Moth plane stationed at the Soo this Winter for emergency work and another at Sioux Lookout for a similar purpose, Capt. Maxwell sald. Other than any operations in which these machines may be in- terested, the service is through with its outside work for the Winter. Captain Maxwell will motor to Toronto at the week-end, but will return to the Soo in a few weeks and spend the Winter here.
