Description
Full Text

Howard passed away, as he

wished, comfortably and

peacefully at home in the

early morning of October 27th

after a brave battle with

cancer. He will be lovingly

remembered by his beloved

partner and best friend Ellen

Parberry, and his many family

and friends. Howard proudly

served his country for 34

years as a Warrant Officer in

the Canadian Military and was

a dedicated member of the

Royal Canadian Legion -

Branch 178 Bowmanville.

Retirement served him well

as he enjoyed games of

golf, road trips to Eastern

Canada, and countless

vacations to Mexico. Howard

loved Mexico and, in

particular had many friends in

Bucerias. Lots of good times

were had at "Buzzos", his

favourite establishment.

During Howard's battle with

cancer, he was extremely

grateful to all the Doctors,

Nurses, and Volunteers at the

Lakeridge Cancer Centre in

Oshawa. They were well-

respected heroes in his eyes.

At Howard's request there will

be no service. Memorial

Donations may be made to

the Canadian Cancer Society.

Arrangements entrusted to

NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT

FUNERAL HOME, 53 Division

St. N. Bowmanville.
