NO hhad y EPIDEMIC N TOWN OF OAKVILLE Oakville, July 7.--Contamination of either milk or water supply was not responsible for the five cases of typhoid fever in Oakville, ac- cording to Dr. W. M. Wilkinson, Acting Medical Offirer of Health. He said there was no cause for alarm in the community, because there was no epidemic of typhoid. "The five cases are confined to one family," Dr. Wilkinson said. "The maid in this family togk the children with her when she visited a friend, and this friend, I believe, had typhoid previously in a Toronto hospital. All the cases are isolated."
