Passed away peacefully on May 15, 2021 at 1:00 p.m. in his 98th year.
Beloved husband of Rita who passed away in 2010 and Mary who passed in 1979. Loving father of Douglas (Izabela), Daniel (Judy), Janet (Blair Walters) and Suzanne (pre- deceased Red Snyder).
Devoted and loved grand- father of 7, great-grandfather of 7 and great-great-grand- father of 2. John is a Veteran of WWII where he served overseas in the R.C.A.F. for 2 years. His career was with General Motors of Canada for 30 years and ended as General Auditor in 1984.
Due to current restrictions, A Private Family Service will be held at NORTHCUTT ELLIOTT FUNERAL HOME 53 Division St. N. Bowmanville on Friday, May 21st at 10 a.m. Those wishing to view the service virtually, please follow the link provided on the website. Interment Bowmanville Ceme- tery. Memorial Donations may be made to a Charity of your Choice.
