KILLINGBECK, Gordon "Gord" German ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ ̄ Peacefully at Lakeridge Health Oshawa, on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at the age of 93. Beloved husband of 50 years to Joyce. Loving father to Lynda Ellis, Phyliss Myatte (Joe d.), Gerry Ellis (Laura d.), Kim Trempe (Les), Glenn Ellis (Marg), Mary Glaister (Wayne) and Lori McFarling (Garrett). Father of the heart to Gloria Thompson. Devoted grand- father, great-grandfather, great-great-grandfather and uncle. Brother of Tom Killingbeck (Brenda). He was predeceased by his parents Ernie and Violet Killingbeck, sister Velma McIlmoyle, brother Don Killingbeck and grandson Bill Trempe. Gord was a proud Canadian, a veteran of the Korean War serving with the Royal Canadian Engineers. He was a member of the Royal Canadian Legion for 65 years. He took pride in being both a heavy equipment operator and a tractor trailer driver. He was an avid fisherman with many a story to share. He was witty and brought laughter to those around him. He was loved and will be sorrily missed. Cremation arrange- ments entrusted to McINTOSH
