Passed away peacefully at Lakeridge Health in Oshawa, with her loving daughters by her side, on Friday, March 26, 2021. Loving wife of the late Paul. Cherished mother of Carolyn and her husband Sean Merela and Patricia Shackelton. Devoted grandma to Katie, Kyle, Emily, Olivia, Marek and nana to Shawn Paul. Dear sister of Lloyd and his wife Brenda Diehl. Private family arrangements have been made. If desired, do- nation in memory of Gale may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. A special thank you to the staff at Lakeridge Health for their exceptional care.
