WENTZELL, Clayton Ellis "Mr. Clay"
Retired GM Employee of 25 years

Passed away peacefully at home comforted by the love of his family and his best friend on February 11, 2021. Beloved husband of Shantee. Adored dad of Cheryl (Chris) and stepdad of Natalie (Baha). Cherished grampy of Greyson, Arwen, Inaya and Raziya. Dear brother of Jane (Michael), Rod (Margaret) and the late Libby and Byron. He will be lovingly remembered by his
many nieces, nephews, cousins, in-laws, his best friend Bruce (Diane) and numerous family and friends in Nova Scotia and Trinidad. He will be sadly missed by his four legged son Paxton Rex. Clay was an avid wood worker and golfer, and was always eager to lend a helping hand. Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 21, 2021 from 11:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. at the DeStefano Funeral Home, 1289 Keith Ross Drive, Oshawa (south side of Taunton Road, east of Thornton Road by the Oshawa Airport). A Service to Celebrate "Mr. Clay's" life will be held in the DeStefano Chapel at 3:00 p.m. A Private family interment will be held. In memory of Clay, donations may be made to the Durham Region Cancer Centre.
Memories may be shared at www.destefanofuneralhomes.ca. Due to current directives and regulations, you must register with the family to attend the visitation and service.
