Passed away at Lakeridge Health Oshawa on Thursday, January 28, 2021 at the age of 67. Much loved son of the late Bruce and Kathleen Monro. Beloved husband of Lou-Ann. Loving father of Nicole (David Litke) and Glen (predeceased). Cherished grandfather of Logan. Dear brother of Janet (Paul Kirby) and brother-in-law of Theresa McWilliams and Catherine McWilliams. Predeceased by his 2 brothers and 4 sisters Wayne Monro (Marilyn), Diane (David Fritz), Gail (Terry Wanamaker), Sharon Lavender, Robert Monro and Debbie (Charlie VanHaarlem). Richard enjoy a long career at GM Automotive and was an avid baseball fan. Private cremation has occurred.
