Description
Like all other musical performance groups, we are in limbo due to Covid 19 pandemic restrictions. This photo, taken in the auditorium in the Old Town Hall last spring, shows how we set up for our annual concerts. Our now cancelled "Let's Dance" spring concert was scheduled to be our next event, on Friday, May 22, 2020.
Since 1872, the Band has been an integral part of the social and cultural life of the Town of Newmarket. To all residents, rest assured that as soon as we are able, we will be back. Music is magic and community music making and the arts in general will be a huge part of coming back together as a community after this epic time passes into the history books.
