maintain discipline I do not believe that a school can ha die that function with satisfactory results without prohibitive costs Nor do I believe that students who are ious about their studies should be distracted by those who are not academically inclined Up to now Ive always thought about It from the students angle Theres no doubt In my mind that half of them dont belong In school They dont want to be there They are wasting their own time the teachers time and their years on that point Ive never thought about it from a teach ers point of view It must be hell trying to teach in such a situation But why dont they speak up Why pussyfoot around the issue Could it be theyd rather fight for more funds for everexpanding programs than risk cutting down job opportunities for their own
