troubled children NEWMARKET York County Council last week voted down a com mittee recommendation that would have allowed King Cole Duck Farms to dump liquid waste on the County Forest in Whitchurch Township Opposition to the proposal was led by Whitchurch Deputy Reeve Norm Barnard who called King Cole Ducks Ltd an industry that has grown too big for its britches and predicted that if the farm
