eliminated that men could be transferred to areas where they were needed most that such a force would be able to afford highlytrained specialists and that standardization of equipment and central tax reduction will mean bigger tax reductions on the average in all York County municipalities except Sut ton and East Township Figures released by the Ontar io municipal affairs department this week show the average residential tax bill in Newmarket in 1969 was and the average rebate was 6714 If the new system of this Similarly in Aurora on an av erage tax bill of 406 the rebate is under the old municipalities where the average tax burden is highest He said the rebate program will be continued and termed it the most effective way available to the govern ment for directly relieving the burden
