of services for your blind neighbours and you enable them to resume their place in the family who will succeed Miss Jean Watt as Director received her basic nursing preparation at the School of Nursing of the Toronto Western Hospi tal and was later granted a degree of Bachelor of Nursing from McGill University Mon treal She Is at present doing advanced study in Education al Administration at the Uni versity of Toronto and will complete the requirements for a Master degree next year The education of nurses has been Miss Macdonalds chief interest She has taught in several schools of nursing including the Nightingale School in Toronto and was at one time a lecturer at the University School for Graduate Nurses More recently she carried out a special project for the College of Nurses in conduct ing a series of Institutes for nurses who might later be employed as assistants to teachers in schools of nursing in Ontario Miss has been active in professional nursing affairs For some years she was Chairman of the Commit tee on Nursing Education of the Registered Nurses Asso ciation of Ontario She has also been a representative of the on the Council of the College of Nurses and a member of Educational Advisory Committee of the College Mrs Lollinga is spending a few days with her daughter and son in law Mr and Mrs P in Willowdale Mr and Mrs T of Willowdale visited Mr and Mrs A Verrips
