will be ex pected to complete and re turn to the Unemployment Insurance Commission When you complete the detachable portion of this letter and re turn it to us we will be able to determine whether or not you must register as an em ployer If the information recorded your Post Office when you fill out a completed Requisi tion for insurance stamps to gether with your license to purchase such stamps If your employee docs not have an Unemployment In surance book you must ob tain one by applying to the Unemployment Insurance of fice When making such an application quote your em ployees full name and Social Insurance Number If your employee has not been as signed a Social Insurance Number or does not know what his number is have him complete and sign an Applica tion for Social Insurance Number which must be for warded to the Unemployment Insurance office immediately Such application forms are obtainable from the office or from your Post Office Other important informa tion concerning Unemploy ment Insurance is contained in the employers handbook which will be mailed to you with your License Your attention is drawn par ticularly to the records you must keep regarding your employees
