appli cant for the position of indus trial commissioner M Bul lock spoke for over a half hour He outlined the work of a com missioner and the various he would take if he were chos en to fill the post Mr Bullock is a former Au rora resident He was a chief administration officer of project development with the federal department of public works Mr Bullock listed six sepa rate campaigns which must
