Lanes Pharmacy By a majority vote of King City village trustees approval was given on Monday for the er ection of a proposed commercial building by Ernest Smith at King and Hoop Sts The requirements are that the building must be feet from King St at the main front wall of the building and bounded on the east by the prop erty line and on the west by Hoop St The total length of the structure must not be more than feet and be one storey high These recommendations will be forwarded to the King township council Trustees Findlay and Alex Campbell voted for the motion proposed by Mr Camp bell Chairman Robert strongly opposed the proposal He said the building does not meet the requirements of the township byJaw said trustee board has no right to violate the bylaw that recommendations should be made to have the by law amended and to act accord ing to the amendments He said a permit should not be granted by the building inspector as the building is out of proportion to the size of the lot-
