arrangements for services from the York County Health Unit In his letter Mr Youngs stated that as most of money had been received either in grants from the municipality or in payments for services by tho York County Health Unit in justice to the taxpayers the re maining funds amounting to should be returned to the town With hb letter the treasurer enclosed a detailed financial statement and at the
