Description
Report on Industrial Home Committee stating 65 inmates, 37 men, 19 women and 9 children occupied the Home was tabled. There were 5 deaths since last report. Issue of receiving insane persons discussed before report was adopted. Emma Chrysley who was delivered of an illegitimate child in the Home. Discussion of who should legally adopt illegitimate children followed. No policy was passed; the person responsible for the child should pay the costs.
