Anderson, John William (Died)

John William Anderson, of 92 Queen Street, Beamsville, died at his home last Sunday.

Born in Thirty District 85 years ago, he then moved to the Muskoka district for about 10 years, and for the last 13 years had resided in Beamsville.

Predeceased by his wife, the former Sarah Ethel Morrow, in 1950, he is survived by 6 daughters, Mrs. Ethel Molley, of Port Dalhousie; Mrs. Mane McFarlane, of Grimsby; Mrs. Nellie Johnson, of Hamilton; Mrs. Minnie Shelton, of Grimsby; Mrs. Viola Furler, of Pontiac, Mich., and Mrs. Martha Doran, of Hamilton; two sons, Hugh, of Pontiac, Mich., and Charles, of St. Catharines; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Fern, of Niagara Falls, Ont., and Mrs. Maggie Van Cleaf, of Baysville. There are also 26 grandchildren and 33 great-grandchildren.
