Originally these services were started under the direction of the Board of Educaâ€" tion to provide treatment for the pupils in the public schools. When the Department of Health was organized in St. Catharines some years ago, by an agreement with the Separate School Board, the dental services were extended so that they also included pupils in the separate school.
