The death occurred on Sunday morning of Jacob Janzen, North Grimsby Township resident for the past 9 years. He was in his 32nd year, and was a native of Russian, coming to Canada at the age of nine.

He is survived by his sorrowing wife, the former Agnes Baerg; one son, Wilfred; two daughters, Ruth and Elfrieda; and his parents, Rev. and Mrs. Jacob Janzen, of North Grimsby. Also surviving are 5 brothers, Seigfried, of Kansas; Edmund, Walter and John Waldemar, North Grimsby; and two sisters, Martha and Monica.

The remains rested at the Tallman Funeral Chapel, Campden, until Wednesday noon, following which services were held at his parental home at 1:30; thence to Mennonite Brethren Church, Vineland, where impressive funeral services were held. Interment was made in Vineland Cemetery.
