Friends here will regret to learn of the death of Mrs. James Phillips of 7 Awde Street, Toronto, who passed away last Saturday, January 4th. Mr. Phillips built a pretty bungalow on the old Burkholder lots last spring. He was also very active as a resident of the Beach during the summer and will be remembered for his wonderful work in connection with inaugurating the Band Concert given by the Grimsby Band which proved such a great success and was so much enjoyed by the Park people.
The sympathy of the Beach residents is extended to Mr. Phillips and his family.
