The funeral of the late Araminta N. Walker, relict of the late Ransom Hagar, took place yesterday afternoon from her late residence, 25 Elm Street, to Queen's Lawn Cemetery. The deceased was born in Grimsby Centre 76 years ago,the only daughter of the late Ralph Walker. During her many years as a resident of Grimsby, the deceased made a circle of friends who will deeply regret her passing, and many will remember her for her kindly deeds and neighborly actions. She was a very active member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church. The services at the home and grave side were conducted by Rev. J. Allan Ballard. At the home A. Jarvis and Miss Isabel Walker sang two favorite hymns of the deceased. The pall bearers were: C.A.P., Murray and Egbert Smith, C.K. Bailey, Lorne Book and R.S.Babb.
