Grimsby Centre News - A very enjoyable evening was spent at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Zeollener, on Jan. 30th, in the form of a dance and miscellaneous shower given in honor of the marriage of Minnie Southward and Clifford Younge, of Abingdon. There was a goodly number present in spite of the weather and bad roads. The many useful gifts and congratulations went to show the high esteem in which the young couple are held by their friends.

After the usual supper hour, Mr. and Mrs. Younge were asked to come forward and receive the gifts and display them, which they did rather bashfully, after which Mr. Younge thanked givers for their remembrances which were numerous and costly; also Mr. and Mrs. Zeollener for their hospitality, to which Mr. Zeollener responded in his usual cheerful manner.

After tripping the light fantastic until the wee sma' hours, the company dispersed, wishing the young couple many happy years of health, wealth and happiness.
