Full Text

A wedding of more than usual interest was celebrated at Niagara-On-the-Lake on Saturday afternoon at 4 o'clock. Unusual because the bride was a former Beamsville girl, a little lady who went to Niagara from here when she was but 4 years of age, and no [Ed. - now??] returns to take up her permanent residence in a cosy flat on King Street.

Father Ambrose O'Brien officiated at the ceremony that united George J. Greves and Blanche McPhee, daughter of reeve James McPhee, of Niagara. Murray Walker was best man and Miss Maginn, of Toronto, was bridesmaid. The bride wore a dainty gown of blue crepe de chine. Only the near relatives of the bride and groom were present at the wedding. The guests were afterwards received at the home of Mr. and Mrs. McPhee, on Victoria Avenue. Many pretty and appropriate gifts were showered on the newly married couple who have gone to Detroit on their honeymoon.
