Albert Sydney Hewitt, 160 Picton Street East, a textile worker for 28 years at the Hamilton Cotton Works, died at the General Hospital on Saturday, Feb. 12th, In his 43rd year, he was born in England and came to Canada in 1913. His wife, the former May Henley of Grimsby, predeceased him in 1947.
Surviving are two daughters, Gladys and Marjorie, and one son, Donald, all at home; his father and mother and two brothers, Reginald and Frank, both of Hamilton. Service was held at Truscott Brothers' Funeral Home on Tuesday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock. Interment was in Woodland Cemetery.
