On Sunday afternoon there was laid to rest, Mrs. Eliza Parker, wife of Martin Parker, a life long resident of Clinton and Beamsville. Mrs. Parker, who was held in high esteem by a wide circle of friends, was in her 65th year. She leaves to mourn the loss of a good wife, her husband, two sisters, Mrs. Lewis Karr, and Mrs. Durand, of Hamilton; two brothers, Harry and Thomas. The funeral was largely attended, many relatives and friends from a distance being present.
