A quiet wedding was solemnized at Lundy's Lane Methodist church parsonage, Niagara Falls, Ont., on Wednesday, Oct. 3rd, when Mrs. Diana Wood Hiscott, Geneva Street, was united in marriage to John Henry Burch, of St. Ann's, Ont., in the presence of the bride's daughters, Mrs. John Titterington and Mrs. Hibbard Neil, of Merritton, her brother, Mr. Charles Haynes, of Louth Township, and niece, Mrs. B.L. Highbee, of Niagara Falls, Ont. After the ceremony, which was performed by Rev. H.L. Roberts, M.A., B.D., a close friend of the family, while pastor at Memorial Church, the bridal couple had luncheon at the home of Mrs. Highbee, leaving afterward for their home in St. Ann's.
