The death occurred at her home, Baker's Road, North Grimsby, on Wednesday, Oct. 25, 1922, of Alice A.R. Louks, widow of the late Alonzo Louks, in her 59th year. Mrs. Louks was the daughter of Thomas Webb of Lyndoch, Norfolk county, and came to Grimsby about a quarter of a century ago. Surviving are two daughters and two sons: Mrs. William Fisher of Grimsby, Austin at home, Mrs. W.H. Gallagher of Hamilton, and Stanley at home. The funeral took place to Queen's Lawn Cemetery on Saturday, Oct. 28, the Rev. Dr. Irwin conducting the services. The pall bearers were C.H. Bromley, A.E. Cole, B. Cook, Colin Carpenter of Bartonville, D. Gallagher of Hamilton, A.W. Reid of Beamsville.
