The death occurred in Hamilton hospital on Saturday, Dec. 18th, of Suzanne Blake, beloved wife of Mr. William Blake, of Grimsby, formerly of Winona. The deceased lady had only been ill a short time and her death came as a great shock to her many friends in this district. Mrs. Blake was born in England 47 years ago and came to this country several years ago with her husband. She leaves a husband and a family of five children to mourn her loss. The funeral took place to Queen's Lawn Cemetery on Wednesday afternoon last. Among the many beautiful floral designs was a large and pretty wreath from the operators of the Bell Telephone, Grimsby, where one of the deceased lady's daughters is an operator.
