- This sepia-toned postcard shows the Grimsby Park pier and beach filled with people. The pier was a popular place to go for leisurely walks, social gatherings, and to see and be seen. Sailboats and canoes were available for rent. Part of the ticket booth at the end of the pier is in the lower-right corner of the postcard.
