THIS question is now asked by almost every intelligent person in the country, with reference to a pleasant, healthful, economical place in which to spend a few days, a few weeks, or the entire season of warm weather. People everywhere, whose lives are a constant laborious struggle, and invalids who are pent up in cities, are fast learning the importance of seasons of rest. It is confidently asserted, and proved by thousands who have made the experiment that GRIMSBY CAMP "THE CHAUTAUQUA OF CANADA" is one of the most beautiful places in the Dominion to spend the summer months. These grounds are opened formally July 1st, and remain open for the season. This charming park, fronting on Lake Ontario, now comprises 1oo acres laid out with groves, open meadows, walks and avenues. As a healthful summer resort it has no equal in Canada. THE PROGRAMME for 1885 far surpasses any previous year in its attractions and excellency. This encampment is happily free from many objectionable features so common in summer resorts. Under careful management everything is made to subserve the moral, intel- lectual and religious improvement of the thousands who congregate here from year to year. It is computed that above 50,000 persons visited these grounds last season. 3
