Arnold Lampman, 24, of Grimsby, was instantly killed Tuesday night at 11:30 when the car in which he was riding collided with a parked truck on the QEW near Vineland. The driver of the auto, Lloyd Shier, 28, of Winona was taken into custody by provincial police and was remanded until this morning on a charge of dangerous driving.
