Carlton, Sarah (Died)

A resident of North Grimsby township for many years, Mrs. Sarah Carlton passed away at West Lincoln Memorial Hospital on Friday. She was a native of Ireland and a member of St. Andrew's Anglican Church. Surviving are two sons, James Carleton of Hamilton, and Norman at home; also two sisters in Ireland. Two sons, Ptes. John and Joseph Carlton, gave their lives overseas in the late war. Funeral services in St. Andrew's church on Monday afternoon, Rev. E.A. Brooks officiating. Interment was in St. Andrew's churchyard. Casket bearers were Gordon and Elvin Etherington, Spencer Merritt, Reginald Walker, Enos Jeffries, Alfred Bingle.
