Mrs. T. B. Edmonds is in receipt of word of the sad death of Mr. Ernest W. Edmonds. Mr. Edmonds, who had been a missionary in China, had been on furlough for the past year, and was returning with his wife and three children to China, on the Empress of Russia. He was just seven days out to sea when he was stricken with a heart attack from which he failed to rally. He was a brother of the late Rev. T.B. Edmonds, and had called at the residence of Mrs. Edmonds in Grimsby several times during his furlough, having last visited here only about three weeks ago.
