Edwin James Roszel, a highly respected resident of Lincoln County and for 37 years a county constable passed away at his home in Grassie on Wednesday, September 11th. Born in South Grimsby, the late Mr. Roszel had lived there all his life and for a number of years held the position of assessor of South Grimsby. Surviving besides his wife are two sons, Wilbert of the Department of Public Works, Queen's Park, Toronto and Wallace of Grassie; also one brother, Albert of Smithville and one sister, Mrs. T.D. Muir of Hamilton survive.The funeral was held from his late residence, Grassie, on Saturday afternoon, interment being made in Smithville Union Cememtery.
