A native of Saltfleet Township and a resident of Stoney Creek for many years, Mrs. Sarah Ann Jamieson died last week at her home, Lake avenue, Stoney Creek, following a protracted illness. She was 80 years of age and a member of Stoney Creek United church. Left to mourn are three daughters, Mrs. William Miller, Stoney Creek; Mrs. Henry Hall, Binbrook, and Mrs. Harold Nelson, Stoney Creek; an adopted son, Arnold Emerson, of Montreal, and three grandchildren. The service was held from the above address on Sunday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock, thence to Stoney Creek United Church for public service. Interment was made in Tapleytown cemetery.
