A happy reunion was spent at the home of Mr. and Mrs. John Althouse, Ridge Road, on Sunday, August 30, when the children, grandchildren and great grandchildren of Elijah B. Halsted, formerly of Fulton, met. Those present were Mr. and Mrs. Halsted, Stoney Creek; H.H. and Mrs. Merritt, a daughter, Vinemount; Mrs. Althouse being another daughter; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Fewster and son, Hamilton; Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Althouse and family, Royal Oak, Michigan; Stanley and Wallace Merritt, Vinemount, and Margaret Althouse, Hamilton, grandchildren.
