Edward M. Walters, of Winona, well-known fruit grower, passed away at Grimsby Friday morning. In failing health for some time, he was born in Saltfleet and was in his 71st year. He was a member of Fifty United Church, Winona. Surviving besides his wife, are one son and four daughters: Harry Walters, Winona: Mrs. Stanley Landry and Mrs. James Whybra both of Niagara Falls N.Y.; Mrs. Robert McKie, Simcoe and Mrs. Hector Blake, Montreal; also a brother, George Walters, of Beamsville, and a sister, Miss Sarah Walters, Grimsby Beach. Rev. G.E. Morrow conducted service at the Stonehouse Funeral Home, Grimsby, on Monday afternoon, with interment in the Fifty Cemetery, Saltfleet.
