L.-Cpl. Thomas Page, son of Mr. and Mrs. Hector Page, Beamsville, was killed in action on August 9, according to word received by his parents. L.-Cpl. Page was a member of the Argyle and Southern Regiment in which he enlisted at the beginning of the war. He was born in Beamsville and attended school there. Prior to his enlistment he was employed at the Greening Wire Company. He was 22 years of age and is survived by his parents, a brother and two sisters. His father, Hector Page, well known Canada Coach Line employee is a veteran of the first war.
