Overseas With Army PRESENTATION FOR PTE. / LAURIE THOMPSON ^ A presentation and dance was held Ht the home O'f Mr. and Mrs. Robt. Thompson, where friends gathered to pay honor to their son, Laurie, who is a memiber of the King's Army. The evening was unfavoraible, but a goodly crowd was there, dancing to the music of those able fiddlers, M. S. McLeod and M. McFadden, and the master callers, L. Talbot and J. Cargoe. While the hostess served lunch, an address was read, wiafaing Laurie good luck and presenting him I with a sum of money, also, a fin« signet rin-g.
