Mrs. R. H. Linley Passes At The Early Age of 33 I It is with much ret^et that we re- cord the death of Mrs, R. H. Linley, [ who passed away at her home. Max- well, on Dec. 14th. Deceased was 33 years and five months of age. The funeral service was held in St. Mary'e Church, Maxwell, and was conducted by Rev. PojTSon of Dundalk. Wright The following on the life of the late George Wright of Proton township was received too late for publication last week: (By John Aldcorn, Swinton Park) George Wright wsa born on Novem- ber 15th, 1854 in Nassagaweya Town- ship, Halton County, and died Decem- ber 5th, 1927, aged 74 years. He was buried on December 7th in Salem United Church cemetery, Rev, S, G, McCormack, his pastor, of Priceville conducting services at the house and grave. The pall-bearers were six old neighbors: Neil McMillan, John Mc- Nalty, George Black, W. R. Richard- son, John and William Haw. In 1883 he married Bella Dow, daughter of the late Mr, and Mrs. Andrew Dow, of this place, and they together, by honest endeavor, builded a home. To them were born nine children, one dying in infancy and being buried in Swinton Park cemetery, and the youngest daughter. Miss Lizzie, who was buried only two weeks ago.
