Winter paid us waa sure a lively one on Saturday and Friday nitfht. About two inches of snow fell. _ Mr. and Mr». Victor Ellis and Miss Winnoria of Collingwood visited Mr. and Mrs. W. T. The annual anniversiai-j' services on Sunday were well planned and carr- ied out. Rev. Grafton of Singhamp- ton gave two splendid addresses in the morning and evening. The music was also fine. Plewes is busy with his ap- ple crop which is heavy. Messrs. Ezra Fawcett, Fred Ellis, Cecil Fawcett, and Ralph Stafford have gone to Thombury to pick ap- ples. We sympathize very much with Mr. and Mrs. A. HArvey, in the loss of their bright little girl, of 18 mos. old, who left this world of care for the brightness of the heavenly home. The little girl passed away Wednesday and the funeral took place to Mark- dale cemetei-y Friday. Mr. and Mrs. Ashley Fawcett of Powassan are visiting their parents here for a week or so. We expect to have with us next Sunday at 3 o'clock, one of our for- mer pastors. Rev. W. J. WHkinson. The Sunday school will be at 1.45 p.m. ' PRICEVILLE VANDELEUR (Intended for last week) The Fall Fair held here last Thurs- day and Friday, was on of the best ever heW here.
