The following case which came up at the Bruce assizes, is of some intrest to our readers, as it has been commented on in a local journel,--Rice vs. Willoughby.--An action for slander in saying that the plaintiff stole defendant's bees. This was disposed of by the defendant saying that he never said so and by the defendant payment $60 to the plaintiff.--[Grey Review.
