The volunteers who went to the North-West to assist in putting down the rebellion are to have each the choice of a land grant of 320 acres or a scrip to the cash value of $80, and those who have been wounded, as also the relatives of those who lost their lives will receive pensions according to their injury, and degree of standing in the army.
