gravel and an order for dust layers will be made later local council appeals for nonresident fees from foster children a resolution seeking legisla tion to enable municipalities to collect nonresident fees from children in foster homes was given unanimous approval by stouffville council meeting on monday night the resolution stated that these children of school and preschool age plac ed locally in foster homes by childrens aid societies and private persons were causing grave concern to both public and secondary schools a number of residents in town have made a business of keeping these children and the municiality receives no remun eration whatsoever for their schooling which has grown to grave proportions the resolution passed on monday night will be directed to county council requesting
