The garage is a large portable, industrial garage, with a stained wood exterior and is used for the repair of bush-type logging equipment. Entry was gained by removing a sheet of plywood from a small opening in the rear of the building. Once inside, the thieves opened the large garage doors and removed property from the garage. Stolen was a large selection of assorted mechanic's tools. These were contained in three tool boxes. The first tool box was a red, "Snap-on" brand mea- suring 3 feet by 1 1/2 feet by 1 foot, and it contained a variety of snap- on tools. The other tool boxes were large stationery models, red in colour and contained tools marked with the initials "R.R.Z." Investigators belicve a pick-up truck--possibly a 4 by 4-- was used to remove the property from the garage. Owing to the size and weight of the articles stolen, at least two persons were involved in the theft. The total value excecds $15,000, and to date none has been recovered.
