"The Park Vista rate- payers have acted as ladies and gentlemen and are not refusing to pay their share of cost for storm sewers, This council appears to be uncon- cerned in what other councils have said or done. "There Was an agreement made by that former council in good faith and the ratepayers accepted it as such. How can we as ratepayers have faith in any council who do not honor the word of former councils?"
