On Saturday last (Oct. 7) the 116th Ontario County Battalion deposited its colors in Westminster Abbey, London, England. The Battalion was accompanied by the Brass and Bugle Bands of the Headquarters Staff. This fact, contained in a London dispatch on Monday (Oct. 9) would lead to the belief that the 116th will be leaving for France ere long.
