PAGE 16 AIRE TERRACE BAY NEWS OCTOBER 27, 1976 ANDERSON: The funeral Mass of the late Mrs. J. Ivan Anderson, nee Catherine Elizabeth Fogarty, of Thunder Bay, whose death occurred in hos- pital there on October 19, was conducted on October 22, in Holy Angels Church in Schreiber . by Father Alex Greengrass, of Terrace Bay. Prior to the service in Schreiber prayers were offered in the Blake Funeral Chapel by Rev. J.J. Muldoon of St. Elizabeth's Church, of which the deceased was a member. The Rosary was said in the King Funeral Home prior to the service. The pall bearers were Michael Anderson, Stephen Anderson, John Anderson (grandsons) , John Zuback, John MacIsaac and Ray Chisholm. Interment was in Schreiber cemetery. Mrs. Anderson's immediate survivors are her sons, Jack of Schreiber, Patrick of Parry Sound; a daughter, Rosemary, Mrs. Ray Chisholm of Thunder bay and twelve grandchildren, two sisters Mrs. Angela MacMillan and Miss Margar- et Fogarty, of Toronto. ; Mrs. Anderson was, predeceased by her hus- band in 1959, a son, Gregory, in 1929 and a brother John in 1973. Mrs. Anderson was born in Markdale, Ontario, where she came to Schreiber, her marriage to Mr. Anderson taking place in 1924. They lived in Schreiber until 1952 when they moved to . Thunder Bay. ; Among those attending the service from out of town were: Patrick Anderson, of Parry Sound; Mr. and Mrs. Ray Chisholm and daughters, Mr. and Mrs. Cliff Lavigne, Mr. and Mrs. John Zuback, Mr. and Mrs. James Gellert, Mr. and Mrs. J.0. MacIsaac, Mrs. Margaret Drabit, Mr. and Mrs. Steve Drabit, of Thunder Bay; Mrs. Gordon Chisholm, Mr. and Mrs. W. A donation of $100.00 was made to Amethyst House in Thunder Bay. An extra gavel owned by the Auxiliary will be donated to the Chimo Club. Brenda Harper and Chris Dunham were named to the nominating committee on which a past president also acts. Daryl Weaver volunteered to telephone work- ers for the social evening for the month. Georgina Davis volunteered to convene the children's Christmas party. 3 Lorraine Weaver thanked Wendy Martin, Chris Dunham and Earline Johnson who had fil- led offices for the meeting. Mrg. Lloyd small has her daughter, June and her husband; Mr. and Mrs. Scott Calvert of Stoney Creek, Ontario visiting her. Melanie Ross visited her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Neil Ross, en route to Winnipeg after a two' week tour of Moscow. Miss Ross is admin- istrative Dietician in the Health Science Cen=- tre in Winnipeg. So 'Mr. and Mrs. Earl McCouan are the guests of Mrs. McCouan. A highlight of their visit be- |! ing the celebration of Earl's and his twin sister Earline's birthday (Mrs. Ivan Johnson) . Mr. and Mrs. Enzo Pasqualino, are the guests of Mr. and Mrs. Jim Deleo, Manitoba St. en route to Thunder Bay. Mr. and Mrs. Pasqualino, the former Angie DeLee, spent their honeymoon in Italy and are now visiting relations and friends in the district before returning to their home in Toronto. This weekend, Doug Moore, president, and Mike Cosgrove of local Kinsmen are attending a Fall Council of Kinsmen being held 4n Winkler Manitoba.
